10. Smog Check Services

Our primary service is providing smog check inspections for large diesel vehicles, including trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles, in compliance with California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations. The following terms apply specifically to our smog check services:


Eligibility: Smog check services are offered for fleets with a minimum of five (5) trucks. For smaller fleets or individual vehicles, please contact us directly for additional information.


Mobile Service Radius: We provide mobile smog check services directly to workshops or designated locations within a 10-mile radius of the workshop address. If your location falls outside this radius, additional fees may apply, or service availability may vary.


Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.


Vehicle Requirements: All vehicles must meet basic operational and safety standards to undergo smog checks. We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe or inoperable.


Compliance Documentation: Upon completing the smog check, the necessary documentation will be provided to comply with CARB and other relevant California state regulations.


11. Service Fees and Payments

Pricing: Service fees are determined based on fleet size, location, and any additional requirements specific to your operation. A detailed quote will be provided upon request.


Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, checks, or electronic transfers.


Additional Fees: Services requested outside the designated service radius or requiring additional equipment may incur extra charges. These will be communicated and agreed upon prior to service.


12. Service Limitations


Weather and Accessibility: Mobile services may be delayed or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions or if the service location is inaccessible. We will notify clients promptly of any changes.


Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all vehicles scheduled for inspection are present at the agreed-upon location and accessible at the time of service.


13. Warranty and Liability

Accuracy of Results: While we strive to provide accurate and compliant smog check services, results are subject to the vehicle's condition and operational status. We are not responsible for failing vehicles that do not meet CARB standards.


Limitations of Liability: Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
